Ingredients:

  1. 3 large egg yolks
  2. 1/4 cup white sugar
  3. 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  4. 1 cup heavy cream
  5. brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Simmer heavy cream and vanilla bean paste until you see bubbles. Take off the heat and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour cream into egg mixture slowly and keep mixing.
  4. Pour the mix in ramekins.
  5. Put in on baking dish with water.
  6. Bake in oven at 300f for 45 minutes until it has slight jiggle.
  7. Place in fridge over night.
  8. Top with brown sugar and torch it.
