Ingredients:
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- brown sugar
Directions:
- Simmer heavy cream and vanilla bean paste until you see bubbles.
Take off the heat and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Pour cream into egg mixture slowly and keep mixing.
- Pour the mix in ramekins.
- Put in on baking dish with water.
- Bake in oven at 300f for 45 minutes until it has slight jiggle.
- Place in fridge over night.
- Top with brown sugar and torch it.
