Ingredients:
- Heavy cream
- Pepper
- Lemon
- Salt
- Paprika
- Butter
- Garlic
- Shallot or onions
- Parsley
Recipe:
- Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon on pan with butter. Skin side down until gets golden brown.
- Add tbsp butter in pan. Baste the top of fillet with butter for couple minutes.
- Remove the fillet from pan.
- Add diced shallots/onions and cook until soften.
- Add cream in the pan with tbsp of butter.
- Add pepper, salt, and lemon.
- Cook at slow until sauce thickens up.
- Pour on top of fillets and garnish with parsley.
