Ingredients:

  1. Heavy cream
  2. Pepper
  3. Lemon
  4. Salt
  5. Paprika
  6. Butter
  7. Garlic
  8. Shallot or onions
  9. Parsley

Recipe:

  1. Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook salmon on pan with butter. Skin side down until gets golden brown.
  3. Add tbsp butter in pan. Baste the top of fillet with butter for couple minutes.
  4. Remove the fillet from pan.
  5. Add diced shallots/onions and cook until soften.
  6. Add cream in the pan with tbsp of butter.
  7. Add pepper, salt, and lemon.
  8. Cook at slow until sauce thickens up.
  9. Pour on top of fillets and garnish with parsley.
